The School Readiness Task Force, in partnership with the Department of Education, Kamehameha Schools and Good Beginnings Alliance, has developed the Hawaii State School Readiness Assessment (HSSRA). The instrument was designed for both school and system level use to assess whether children enter school ready to succeed and whether schools are prepared to receive those children.
School results will be important for each school's Standards Implementation Design (SID), and for transition planning.
